2/11/2015 - I am looking to buy a set of cross country skis, and while i have never tried wooden skis, a mentor of mine, an old guy who lives on a mountain in Vermont, recommended vintage Bonna skis. i like the idea, for the wooden aesthetic and because they were clearly designed and made in a time before planned obsolescence became the culture.
